Addingham Environment Group (AEG) has a project to identify all the important trees in the village which are currently covered by Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's).
This is a copy of the map that appears on their site: https://addinghamenvironmentgroup.org.uk/trees-2/.
The map is found by clicking on the link for 'village TPO map' towards the bottom of that page.
The AEG map is interactive and allows users to find specific trees or specific tree types - such as all the oak trees in Addingham.
It should be noted that the Church Street Sycamore does not appear on the map because it was in the village Conservation Area and was therefore covered by a blanket preservation order on all trees in that conservation area. Special permission had to be obtained to allow its removal and the Sycamore Tree Report in this Collection was part of the evidence that had to be presented.
