Mark Hoson wrote on Facebook: 'Could be a nightmare in winter. water seepage from the wall in the middle would freeze right across the Silsden exit. I came off my motorbike there then another lad came along and did the same. As we got each other's bike to the side a van came up and span 180deg. Ended up flagging folks down. Bloody funny later nutty copper from Addingham came with salt and fell on his butt.'
