The Manor House in about 1910.
This is one of three or four houses that have functioned as a manor house at different times, including Low House or Manor at the Sawmill. It was one of the larger houses in the village in 1672, with 4 hearths. The house was constructed with external stone walls but internal partition walls of oak timber.
(ref Addingham Houses before 1750 - Arnold Pacey 2019).
